Practice Schedule and Adjustments

All groups will follow their regular practice schedule, Monday through Wednesday of this week.  No practices, for any groups, will be offered on Thursday and Friday due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Regular practices will be offered on Saturday morning.

Upcoming Signup Deadlines

November 28, 2025, is the signup deadline for the December 12-14, 2025, Winter Champs meet at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, VA. This meet is open to all Super Squad Yellow and Super Squad Blue swimmers, along with 9-10 and 11-12 swimmers with less than 4 BB time standards, and Senior 3 swimmers not competing at the Winterfest meet.
