ODAC Weekly Update – Week of November 10-16, 2025

Practice Schedule and Adjustments

All groups will follow their regular practice schedule for the week, with one adjustment on Tuesday due to the Veterans’ Day holiday.

On Tuesday, all afternoon and evening practices at both Honeybee and Great Bridge for Super Squad Yellow, Super Squad Blue, 9-10, 11-12, and Senior 3 swimmers are canceled due to the Veterans’ Day holiday.

General Information

Caroline Kulp, ODAC’s TYR representative from TYR, will be at both Great Bridge and Honey Bee on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to size and sell Championship Meet suits to any interested ODAC 13-Older swimmers.  ODAC swimmers receive 40% off the MSRP of suits from TYR.

Specific warmup and start times for this weekend’s ISCA Fall Classic meet at the Hampton Aquaplex will become available as of Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Upcoming Signup Deadlines

November 10, 2025 (tomorrow), is the signup deadline for the December 11-14, 2025, Winterfest Invitational at the CSAC in Richmond, VA.  This meet is open to Senior 1, Senior 2, and Senior 3 swimmers, along with 9-10 and 11-12 swimmers with 4 or more BB time standards.  This meet is NOT team travel as originally posted.

November 28, 2025, is the signup deadline for the December 12-14, 2025, Winter Champs meet at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, VA. This meet is open to all Super Squad Yellow and Super Squad Blue swimmers, along with 9-10 and 11-12 swimmers with less than 4 BB time standards, and Senior 3 swimmers not competing at the Winterfest meet.
