Practice Schedule-
· All age group swimmers will begin practice on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 and follow their regular practice schedule through Friday. Saturday age group practice is cancelled. The age group practice schedule can be found on the ODAC website.
· All Senior Advanced swimmers will follow their regular practice schedule at Norfolk Academy Tuesday through Friday. Senior Advanced practice on Saturday will be from 7-9AM at the beach at 24th Street.
· All Select swimmers will be at Great Bridge as of Tuesday and follow their regular practice schedule through Friday. Senior Select practice on Saturday will be from 7-9AM at the beach at 24th Street.
· Mornings this week include Tuesday and Thursday morning weights at the Lifestyle Center.
Reminders:
A reminder that due to on-line registration ODAC will be combining the other parts of what was previously done on Team Registration Day - specifically signups for Bingo and Officials, along with ordering team apparel and equipment from Aquawear, with our Fall Team Picnic.
The Fall Team Picnic is scheduled for Saturday, September 18 at the Honey Bee Pool. More information is available on the front page of the ODAC website.

Weather Policy :
A reminder that the inclement weather policy relating to rain and thunderstorms states that practice will be held if it is raining. Practice will be adjusted or cancelled if there is lightning present. This policy relates to all outdoor pools and VWC. Also if there are snow or ice conditions you will need to call the hotline. The ODAC hotline will always be the source for the most current up to date information.
